Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IloByte Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IloByte Pro is a cloud-based business management platform that provides accounting, inventory management, sales, purchasing, point of sale, and other business tools through a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IloByte Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
